Domestic Abuse Support Through The UK Family Court System

A Safe Space Where We Get It

Survivor-Led Support You Can Trust

We provide a safe, trauma-informed space for people affected by domestic abuse who are navigating the family court system. Our services are grounded in real-life experience, helping survivors feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Survivors Corner CIC understands how overwhelming, isolating, and unsafe the family court process can feel — because we’ve been there too. We offer support where you can:

  • Feel heard and believed
  • Talk openly without judgment
  • Build confidence to advocate for yourself and your children

We do not provide legal advice. Instead, we focus on emotional and peer support to help survivors feel stronger, more prepared, and supported throughout the process.

Child Arrangements Order (CAO)

I tried to get a non-mol via legal aid and my solicitors were useless!! They didn’t listen to me or submit any of my evidence and it just resulted into undertakings. My ex breached them almost immediately. SCC helped me prepare my FL403, statements etc. and came to court with me. I finally got my Non-Molestation Order!! Thank you so much
